ɞ.Digital product includes an adopt design ( 800px by 867px ), complete with artwork of a random character design in my adopt art style that is flat rendered with clean linework and both transparent and simple backgrounds, including watermarked versions for posting publicly and un-watermarked versions for yourself ﹗ ꒱
ɞ.Adopts will ONLY be available on my Ko-Fi shop which includes specific Terms of Service for adopts and different prices depending on the design ﹗ ꒱

Terms of Service
ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 General୨୧ ˚. ᯇ You may use any commissioned work for personal use ONLY unless otherwise stated by me. Commercial fees, if applicable, will already be provided in the final quote.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ Do NOT claim my work as your own, or attempt to redistribute my work on other platforms for your own profit or any other reason. I also do NOT allow edits or copies of my work. Unless you pay for FULL commercial usage, you cannot sell my work or profit off of it.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ I will give you an estimated deadline based on the turnaround times displayed on my Carrd [ boopeep.carrd.co ] and based on the complexity of your character/order. If I need to push back the deadline, I will communicate my situation with you. Please be patient with me!୨୧ ˚. ᯇ By purchasing custom artwork from me, you agree to allow me to publicly post your commission/order on my social platforms as examples/additions to my portfolio and, if applicable, tag you. A watermark will be displayed when posting your commissioned art publicly to protect the artwork against theft. If you have marked your commission as a private one, I will not post it anywhere.ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 Refunds୨୧ ˚. ᯇ I have the right to refuse and/or cancel your commission before/after working on it without specifying the reason and without a refund ( if I have already started on your order ), however I will rarely cancel a commission after working on it unless you are disrespectful, impatient, etc. If I cannot draw your desired character, I will contact you before denying your commission request and payment to give you the opportunity to change your character or allow me creative freedom to change details of your the design.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ There are absolutely no refunds after I start working on your commission, regardless of the situation. Once your commission is being worked on, you cannot ask for a refund. If you file a chargeback despite this, I WILL blacklist you and seek legal action if I feel the need to.ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 Intellectual Property Rights୨୧ ˚. ᯇ You must credit me by linking my Twitter account AND VGen profile when publishing a commission I have completed for you. You don't need to credit me every time ( though it is highly appreciated ) but you must credit me at least once, preferably the first time you post it. I do not accept "/myusername" as credit, you NEED to tag me.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ I retain all rights to my work, and you will only get commercial rights if you pay for it. You still cannot claim you made the artwork.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ If my work includes a watermark on it, do NOT attempt to edit/cover/remove it. Your commission will be delivered without a watermark, however any updates will be delivered WITH a watermark.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ You must pay an additional fee for commercial usage, and you must DM me right after requesting a commission to establish a clear and transparent agreement and price depending on what you are using the artwork for.ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 Payments୨୧ ˚. ᯇ I will not start your custom order without the full payment upfront (including extra add-ons/fees) and without a reference. You must provide one, and it must not be a stolen/copyright design. If I later find you have given me a stolen/copyright design, I will blacklist and block you and notify the person you stole from.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ To make your order a priority on my queue, you must pay an additional fee. If you have a deadline, you must also pay a rush fee depending on when you need the commission to be completed.ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 Revisions୨୧ ˚. ᯇ After your custom order is completed, you are allowed two small revisions (re-colors, small adjustments to proportions, etc) after the commission is completed. This only applies to custom orders. If your revisions include bigger changes (more accessories, pets, etc) then you will need to pay additional fees depending on what you want changed. My services are all labeled as a "surprise me", however revisions are allowed after and I will still communicate with you during the process to let you know what I'm working on.ヽִֶָ ㅤ💛 ★ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ㅤTerms of Service 𖥻 Important୨୧ ˚. ᯇ Prices may vary depending on your order and are not always exactly as written! Pricing may change and will only affect new customers, meaning if you have requested my services before prices were changed, you will pay the original price before updates.୨୧ ˚. ᯇ I will only work on commissions and respond to DMs during my available hours listed on my Carrd [ boopeep.carrd.co ] and will not be available outside of those hours.
