★ by ordering from me, you automatically agree to my tos, absolutely no excuses
★ my services are for digital artwork only
★ you will receive watermarked pngs, do not edit/cover/remove it
★ turnaround times are automatically set to 3 months or more due to health reasons + potential queue times, however your commission will usually be delivered within a month after it is marked as a wip
★ i delete drawings from my program + pc a week after delivering the files, please do not ask for changes after as they will not be providedtos ⋮ credits + info★★ when posting my work onto any platform, you must credit me by tagging/linking my twitter, no other form of credit is accepted
★★ do not edit/cover/remove any part of my work and/or claim credit for it
★★ under no circumstances are you allowed to use my work for profit and/or merchandising ( this goes for adopts/designs you are reselling as well )
★★ i typically respond to requests + dms as soon as i see them, please be patient
★★ i will not be communicating throughout the process unless i am notifying you of deadline changes and/or other important commission updates
★★ i may update deadlines if needed, and will provide reasoning for it, please be patient!
★★ you are only subject to paying the price shown on the service at the time of your request submission, however if you abuse this term to pay a lower price ( by declining the request/invoice and resubmitting a request for the lowered price ) you will be blocked and blacklisted immediatelytos ⋮ payment + refunds★★ i will not accept refunds under any circumstance, once you pay that's it
★★ if you chargeback/file for a refund despite agreeing to my tos, you will be blocked and blacklisted and i will pursue legal action
★★ you must pay the full amount upfront before i start on your commission
★★ i only accept payments through vgen to abide by their tos
★★ payment plans for adopts listed on vgen are unavailableartist ⋮ artwork boundaries★★ i will only draw overly lewd, nsfw, or nude characters in 18+ marked services
★★ i struggle with some anthros/furries and may decline if i feel i cannot draw the design
★★ i do not draw heavy gore/death or vent art, especially if it includes weapons/needles/etc
★★ i will not draw anything triggering unless it's mild yandere/psychotic poses or expressions
★★ under no circumstances will i draw any type of fetish/kink art
★★ i do not draw fullbody animals unless it is a chibified version
★★ i will only draw ship/fanart in services specifically for that content
★★ unless it is a service specifically for custom character designs, i will not work on anything without a proper ref ( half/fullbody illustration of the design ) and do not accept moodboards + irl images
★★ if you use ai/stolen refs i will immediately decline your commission and notify the original artist before blocking/blacklisting youtos ⋮ artist + client rights★★ i have the right to decline your request ( before any payment is made ) without providing any reason
★★ i have the right to post my work on any platform and use a "nickname" based off your username to showcase your commission ( unless you requested it to be private, in which case i will refrain from posting the commission for a month)
★★ if i find out you are using ai/stolen refs, or you are being rude/disrespectful of me and/or my work/time/effort, i will either decline or stop working on your commission and you will be given whatever i have so far without any kind of refund or compensation
★★ you are only allowed three revisions if i have made mistakes in the design ( missing accessory, colors, details, etc ) otherwise you are not allowed to request any changes that have nothing to do with the design itself, such as expressions or posesartist ⋮ contact꒰ contact on twitter ꒱
